CANCELLATION POLICY AND FORM

Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (an email is entirely sufficient).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we are obliged to refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

We will use the same payment method for this refund that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them in a way that is not necessary to establish their nature, properties, and functioning.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

  • Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return if their seal has been removed after delivery.

This cancellation policy does not apply to business customers.
